Have you been invited for a job interview?
We are excited to meet you! We all know interviews can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable or daunting, so we want to make sure you have all the information you need to walk in with a good feeling.
Our main goal is to find the best fit for both you and our needs. To do so, we focus on finding a match between your skills, behaviors, and attitudes with what we see important for that specific role you are being interviewed for.
If you are curious to know more about what to expect in an interview, we have gathered some info below.
FAQ
-
Our recruitment process is customized for each role, so it may look a little different depending on the position you are seeing us for. However, we will provide you with all the details in advance to ensure you have time to fully prepare. Some steps may include a technical test or a business case, but do not worry, you will be informed well ahead of time.
-
To help us determine if we are a good fit, some of our questions will focus on how you have handled different situations in the past (so called behavioral interview questions). These questions are designed to let you show how you have demonstrated the skills and mindset needed for the role. We use a simple approach called the STAR method, which you can read more about below. We will also explain how it works during your interview.
During the interview, we will focus on your professional experience and skills to ensure we stay on track with what is important for the role. This means we will not touch on personal topics such as favorite hobbies or family status just yet. It is not that we are not interested in getting to know you, it is simply to ensure we are assessing everyone fairly. We cannot wait to get to know you on a personal level as well, but there will be plenty of time for that once you are part of the company.
-
As mentioned above, the STAR method is used when formulating interviewing questions where your answers will help us gain a deeper understanding of your abilities, behaviours and how you handle various situations in the past. When answering the questions, try to structure your answer accourdingly:
- Situation: Start by briefly describing the context of a specific situation or challenge you faced. Just provide enough background to set the scene, in other words keep this part short.
- Task: Next, explain your responsibility in that situation. Focus on the goal or task that was set out for you. Once again, keep it brief.
- Action: This is the most important part of your response. Detail the specific actions you took to address the situation. Highlight your individual contributions by using "I" rather than "we".
- Result: Finally, share the outcomes of your actions. Emphasize what you achieved and perhaps what you learned from it.
-
Our interviews usually last between 45 minutes to an hour. However, we will always send you an invitation via email prior to your interview so you know what to expect.
-
We aim to get back to you with feedback as soon as we can after your interview. You can expect to hear from us within a few business days, and if it takes a bit longer, we will be sure to keep you updated.

You are always welcome to reach out to our TA team if you have any questions. You can find the contact information for the resposible recruiter dirctly in the job ad or in the email we sent you after you submitted your application.
